Control Hub issues: our control hub is showing "no voltage sensor" error. Phone connects to hub (we can view our programs). It is also not showing our configuration and not letting us put one in.
Any ideas? We have updated the hub and phone.

Hello Riley! So I’ve got a few questions so I can help you all figure this out. What programming language are you all using this season? And what phones? There have been some issues with the control hubs and OpenCV. It could also be a firmware thing, I heard about that this season as well. Other than that I’ve got a few ideas, I’m sure you all have probably tried some of these though. 1) check to make sure that all of your connections electrically are all A-Ok (all though the configuration problem makes me think this is a phone or programming issue) 2) completely wipe everything and start again (make sure to save any programs you already have and write down any important info) 3) update the firmware on the phone 4) re-establish the connection between the phone and the hub.
