2021 FLL Season Jump Start

We had fun teaming up with the Bayou Builders to host our 4th annual in-person FLL Challenge Season Jump Start on Saturday, August 21, 2021. The event was geared for both rookie and veteran teams with breakout sessions on beginning and advanced programming, robot design and strategy and team development. We planned a phenomenal panel of transportation experts to help students start thinking about this season's innovative project solution.

Need a FLL Robot Game Table?

During the summer of 2018, Torbotics created 12 new robot game tables for the FLL Louisiana State Championship. We have since been able to refurbish and find a home for the state's previous tables with FLL teams from across Louisiana with one table converted into FLLJr presentation boards. If your FLL team is in need of a robot game table for practice, we would be willing to make one for them for the cost of parts. Our current time frame for making these tables would be between the months of May and November due to FRC Build Season.

FIRST Lego League

Introduces Elementay and Middle school students to real-world engineering challenges by building LEGO-based robots to complete tasks on a thematic playing surface. FLL teams, guided by their imaginations and adult coaches, discover exciting career possibilities and, through the process, learn to make positive contributions to society.

Torbotics actively supports seven FLL teams: Bayou Builders, Trafton Academy's Team Name Almost Found, Hammond Westside Whirlbots, PJHS Cyber Gators, LMS Wolf-Bytes, LMS Byte-Hertz, and Beauty and Brains Robotics.
